Is there a blues scene in Ireland these days?

I know there was a club in Waterford a few years ago with a great jam session. I'm a blues musician thinking of coming home after 30 years in the states. Can anybody hook me up?

In JJs there's an open blues jam fairly regularly, think it's first tuesday of every month or something like that. Can anyone (Rigsby? ;)) specify what day?

First Tuesday of each month is open jam, so bring your instruments.

Thanks for the excellent link Icon....more than 2 dozen bands listed; I'd call that an active blues scene for sure.
