Oh I seen it there but has to need its own thread so people will see it, not everyone reads the NUFC Thread.

You couldn't make this stuff up

No need to apologise, and I think most would agree that we have been for quite some time. :(

The absolute contempt I hold for Mike Ashley and Dennis Wise cannot be put in words. Please, for the sake of everyone, be gone you *****.

If anyone is interested Joe gave his first interview already 9doesn't take long does he) to H&J of talkSPORT. You can listen to it on their site here

    Makes some very frank points:

    - Got the call last night, from Ashely personally. Sounds like it all was done in a matter of hrs (maybe even mins)
    - 3 ex-England mangers turned it down (We know Tel was one, Hoddle probably another, but who was the 3rd? Graham Taylor????)
    - Says Ashley already has a buyer lined up, hopes a deal to be completed by the end of Oct.
    - Doesn't name them specifically, but it is implied that this buyer is the Nigerian consortium.
    - Says that he has been told that the new buyers want Keegan back, with the possibility of a role of Shearer.

I don't know what to make of him after hearing it. At least he knows he's only babysitting, but there is a big sound of desperation off him, and he sounds shocked himself to have gotten the job. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Also, the first minute of the interview has him telling a fair few porkies.

I got it, but assumed most others wouldn't.

They have always been very generous towards me, must have won the state lotto there 4 or 5 times, just waiting for the money to appear into my western union account.

well they are buying newcastle with 300million in used notes. They have been dyed black but they are valid. Ashley has see one of them cleaned at a hotel in Narobi. As soon as the suitcase of black notes and the cleaning solution is delivered they will own the club.
