Theres a Surf and Sail Society, I know the surfings pretty active, not so sure about the sailing but I think they do organise trips.

The Dcu surf 'n sail club are pretty active, operate team racing in the intervarsaties etc... They won DCU Best Club 2006-2007 too so well worth a look

I know they do windsurfing too, but tbh there was 3 people at the windsurfing intervarsities, It really is a Surfing club
