What exercise/s would be best to parallelly load the biciptal tendon at the shoulder? Cheers.

How do you mean "parallelly load"?

    And why . . ? Rehabing post-rotator cuff injury / avulsion . . . ?

    Biceps tendonitis/tendonosis.

Ok bicipital tendonitis. .is the site at the origin of biceps (ie near shoulder/ rotator cuff) or at it's insertion (down near front of elbow)? Is it definitely purely biceps or are other rotator cuff tendons involved . . this would impact the Rx:rolleyes:?

Just re-read original post . . so its proximal problem . . may also have other rotator cuff muscle involved too . . +/- muscle imbalance around the shoulder with scapular involvement.

Well best to start isometrically ie. static contraction of biceps so loading the musculotendinous unit without stretching the muscle . . must be pain-free and gradually increase strength of contraction . . so have elbow flexed to 90deg and isometrically contract elbow (ie tighten biceps but don't allow motion at the elbow by blocking with other hand if you get my drift?)
If this is a chronic condition its likely you'll need to look more at shoulder quadrant imbalance rather than a quick fix at the tendon . . high rate of reoccurance.
If acute tear it will prob resolve with gradual loading of biceps.
