    1. 'An Introduction to Wedding Photography' - for the beginner or semi-professional photographer.

    2. 'How to Photograph Women Beautifully' - for the more advanced professional photographer.



    Bjorn has won many prestigious awards, including the accolade of being the BIPP “International Fine Art Photographer of the year”, and Western region, 'Fashion Photographer of the Year', Western Region, Portrait Photographer of the Year' and to date holds numerous Gold, Silver and Bronze awards. He has written the following book “A hundred ways to take better portraits”. He is also the editor of 'Digital SLR Photography' magazine.



    Bjorn has been continuously commended for his skill to communicate and pass on his expertise to his fello photographers. He invites you to join him in these new Workshop experiences to help in the development of your business and photography skill.







    WORKSHOP TITLE 1 - An Introduction to Wedding Photography

    This seminar will enlighten and inform anyone considering earning money from the wedding market. Aimed at photographers with only basic skills, or those coming from a different field in photography and are seeking an insight into the world of weddings.



    Bjorn will guide you through the market requirements as well as highlighting the photographic skills needed covering all the basics, including the following:-

    Where do I begin?

    What sector of the market should I penetrate?

    What photographic skills will I need?
    *
    What about the people skills required?

    How much Photoshop/post production, do I need to learn?

    How much investment is needed?

    How much should I charge, and for what?

    Bjorn will have a model with a wedding gown and he will guide you through some basic shooting and retouching concepts. You will also be able to shoot images for your own portfolio.

    Women are a growth niche market, this one day course is not aimed at beginners, but for photographers who have a basic to intermediate skill, or those who have attended the ‘An introduction to Wedding Photography’ course.



    Bjorn will guide you in an enjoyable way though the complexities of this exciting market. Working with a model Bjorn will demonstrate how to create stunning images of women of all shapes and sizes as well as aspiring models.



    Lighting from basic to advanced, together with the posing and the corrective techniques needed. Time will also be spend on the essential ‘interpersonal skills’ and how to flatter through sensitive retouching. This promises to be a very rewarding day as Bjorn shares his secrets of ‘how to photograph women successfully’ to a small number of delegates. Learn how these skills can also boost your profile among portrait and wedding clients or simply take your portraiture to another level.



    You will also be able to shoot images for your portfolio.
