Hi, im inquiring on behalf of a friend as i myself am not a mature student... was just wondering if anyone here could tell me where i find the condittions and rules. my friend has been denied a mature students grant for a 3rd year on the basis that he was not in the country on the 1st of Oct 2005... and i think its pooy…
