    Hi,

I am 29 and I have just joined a gym ( Carlisle ). Have not been very active sports wise ( the odd game of 5 a side etc )

I am about 1.5 stone overweight and on a programme of cardio vascular and some weights.

I just want to know if any supplements would be beneficial for weight loss or should gym work and healthy eating be the best option.

    Thanks

Supplements are as they say just that, supplements for a healthy diet.

You hit the nail on the head work on getting the gym and diet sorted then when your progress starts to slow down add in some supplements
