Want to get a haircut similar to the one below. I dont have the money or time unfortunately to visit a stylist and am quite clueless about the whole thing. Is it possible to get cuts like this in normal mens barbers/hairdressers or would that be the job of a stylist

i would actually spend that but i literally dont have it, broke. why do u have somewhere in mind?
