em the guns and stuff like that any toy shop or pund shop
the eye patch the costume shop beside stephens green would have one im sure
army combats in pennys.black tank top anywhere or if you cant find one buy a 3.50 t-shirt from pennys and cut the sleeves off
not too sure about the leather jacket though

Camo combats, your nearest hunting/outdoor pursuits store shouldn't cost a whole lot, you may also get similar to those boots in the same place.

Black tank top as Aisling pointed out.

Leather jacket, most places but would tend to be expensive could you borrow one off a friend or buy a knock off one somewhere. Failing that try a charity shop to get it cheap.

Fingerless gloves, shouldnt be too hard to find either, where's your local biker emporium ? Or a rock/metal merchandise place may have them too.

The belt in the first picture would be the toughest to get I would imagine.
