Censorship?

    Hi all, what is your opinion of censorship, be it from CCTV around Cavan or even here on Boards.ie?
    In my opinion, sometimes you just cant get away from it....even here on boards the mods are the censors, but some seem to be more strict than others..
    That is my opinion and I believe I have aright to voice it-even here...:(

    More feedback material to be honest.

    I abhor censorship too. Moderating is not censoring. For me it's removing content that might get boards.ie into trouble. Or something which may offend or be unsuitable for the younger viewers of the fora I moderate.

    Certainly don't consider it censorship. If I did I wouldn't be doing it.

    Very well put and I applaud you for what you do...but maybe there are more mods who dont always see eye to eye with a topic or thread and they lock it.
    But as I say, my opinion, and on most occasions in life I have been proved wrong..lol:p
