OMG, the poor couple, those sample photos look really bad. Although you'de never know with the Herald if they made them look slightly worse before print (i.e. scanned them on)...

Delighted to see someone take a stand though (although they should never have paid the €1200), hopefully it will effect that company's future client list. Would serve them right for doing a shoddy job.
