I've started taking this a couple of weeks ago and now i'm getting terrible headaches on weekends when i'm not training and not taking this.
I train usually 5 times a week and rest Saturday and Sunday therefore i'm taking this throughout the week and when it comes to the weekend i'm getting headaches the same as if i were craving caffeine.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way i can counter this.

I find it very good and i am noticing differences since i started using it so i don't particularly wanna stop using it.

    Any suggestions welcome!!

Does it have caffeine in it and do you normally drink coffee/tea on a regular basis?

Edit: looked up the ingredients, yeah it has caffeine, if you don't drink coffee at the weekends you are probably coming down from that. Edit no2: to counter it, drink coffee! Or don't take a supplement with caffeine. That's pretty much your two options as far as I can see.

Yeah am a regular coffee drinker and coffee makes no impact on the headache.

It does contain caffeine but not in large amounts!

    Seek help.

We got some samples of it in our gym, I gave them to everyone one night to try before training and I got texts at 3 in the morning cursing me cos everyone was still awake- including me.

How much of the stuff are you taking? It's not a cuppa, and it's not for everyday use. If you're using it on all of your training days then stop, use it when you're wrecked tired and need to do a session.

I think they always had caffeine in it. a while after they launched it, it was renamed xplode2 but i cant remember what the differences were.

I believe xplode2 came out due to feedback from people feeling to wired after xplode. Maybe one of the nut x guys can confirm?

I dunno how you can feel TOO wired when you're taking a pre-training drink. I loved the original Xplode.
