Diet / Fitness Advice

    Hi

    Just looking for some advice re my diet and fitness.

    I have been trying to lose a stone for the last 2 weeks about and so far have got nowhere :(

    I know it does take a while to shift the lbs but I'm losing nothing.

    Here is my typical diet / fitness daily levels..

    Any advice where I am going wrong please?

    Morning:

    Mango Smoothie
    Special K Cereal with slimline milk

    Lunch

    Small sized Brown Roll with Mayo, Chicken, Stuffing, Bacon, Cheese

    Dinner

    WeightWatchers Chicken Curry / Rice

    Snack

    Yoghurt
    Max 2 Roses / Celebration Sweets :D

    Drink

    2 + Ltrs Water
    Green Tea

    Excercise

    30mins Walking
    20mins CrossTrainer (maybe 2 times a week)
    Lifting 20kg Weights (Dumbbells??)
    Those weights where you pull the bar down?? 52kg (maybe 2 times a week)

    I'm 5ft 9 and weigh about 176lbs

    hi, the diet looks poor TBH, not enough fresh fruit / veg / lean meat / wholegrains and too much processed stuff

    on the exercise front, considering your age and the fact that you arent massively overweight you should be doing a lot more - 30 mins walking? aim to build up to 30 mins running / cycling and bunk up the 20 mins cross trainer to 40 and do it 3 or 4 times a week ... Ideally you should be doing 30 mins / day of cardio if your trying to losse weight ...
