This weekend i went back to the gym after a few months off (combination of Holidays, Injury and Laziness)

Woke up this morning and my whole body is killing me with doms and I have to say I love it. Does anyone else feel better when their body is aching after a good workout?

Oh yeah!! I'll be feeling that on Wednesday morning when I go back to the gym tomorrow. Same reason as yourself, been off due to holidays and laziness and too much feeling sluggish after lots of pizza!! :o

Why not today you ask?! Only managed two hours sleep last night, and I never feel like going on Mondays!

Lolz do you expect to be too sore to type or something??? :D Good luck with that anyways, its almost worth taking a break from training for those crazy doms you get when you go back.

You likely need to switch up the kind of exercises you are doing. You're upping the intensity of your work but not changing the exercises I suspect?

Nothing more satisfying then training induced muscular pain!

Or if you go squatting again after two days, they stay with you for a week...
