Was this just a security guard at the station? Was it an all seeing eye or just an eye logo? I mean it's not that there are a lot of eyes around, it would frighten anyone really.

I got the Dart into town last night and noticed an Iarnrod Eireann rail police officer wearing the single eye logo on his back patch. These guys are working for SST risk management LTD whose company usees this logo. This type of symbolism could be intimidating to many customers that travel with Irish Rail. http://www.stt.ie/security-page29329.html

This same subject was also brought to light in London when a similar type Illuminist symbol was used for an advertisement poster promoting the use of CCTV cameras for London Transport. http://www.cuttingedge.org/News/n1731.cfm

A number of other corporates use this "all seeing eye" Masonic symbol. http://www.freemasonry.bcy.ca/anti-masonry/all_seeing_eye/logos/index.html

    You're kidding, right?

These are a contract security firm that police the trains similar to transit police one would find abroad. They are using the single eye logo but not the "eye of Providence" or "all seing eye". A lot of people would not know the difference between them. You can see it on their website http://www.stt.ie/security-page29329.html

    Here it is.

Look, these guys are from Tipperary. There's no way anyone from Tipp could be involved in the NWO, even if they do have helicopters and diving gear.

So let me get this straight, you saw a security guard with an eye logo on the back of this jacket and you found that intimidating? It must be difficult to actually leave the house without seeing the 'signs' everywhere. :(

I never mentioned about being intimidated myself with this symbol. It just caught my attention. I mentioned that some people may find it intimidating in particularly those that cannot tell the difference between this logo and the eye of providence.

We are surrounded by eyes every day, hundreds, thousands, millions of them. Why would the average person be afraid of an eye?

Interestingly you edited your original post right after I posted earlier, a conspiracy? I think so.

ACtually using eyes for security is a well known technique that works....the feeling of being watched makes people stick to the rules...it has been used many many times intimidating? hardly....

are you looking for something that 'Could' be a problem?

... particularly those that cannot tell the difference between this logo and the eye of providence.

    This makes no logical sense....

Those who don't know the eye of providence won't see the connection.
Those who do know the eye of providence will know that this is not the eye of providence.

There are also many of those that have heard about it but not too sure of what it looks like.

That's probably the worst argument I've every heard....

So this group of people you are referring to that might be intimidated by something they seen which they might associate with something that they might of heard about which might be bad, what should we do for them?

    Bad link,

Speaking of the "all seeing eye" on public transport, the UK has just introduced "live" CCTV on the LRT Bus service through the 3G network. The real-time images from 7 on board fish eye CCTV cameras will be beamed to a control room manned by Transport for London and police.

No doubt when on board 3G WIFI is introduced on the Dart and Dublln Bus live CCTV will arrive here and these guys with their "All seeing eye's" on their backs will be watching us from a control room.

    Fixed. Thanks.

Sure it'll be grand. As long as we sit up straight, eyes forward, and don't resemble a bomber from Brazil.
