I put two new albums on to my itunes but when I connect my ipod shuffle to the computer it says sync complete but the songs dont get added...also on the computer it says there are 72 songs on my ipod but really there are only 15. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

probably they are in the wrong format... mp4 or something..
