Hi, I'm 5'2 and find it impossible to get jeans/pants to fit me here. My legs are 30" so petite sizes are just that tiny bit too short. The problem is when I try on normal lengths, they're way too long around the waist/bum area so even if they fit around my waist, they look about 2 sizes too big there. I'm a size 16 waist, but my bum and hips are smaller, which is part of the problem. :)I find the 16 in topshop, miss selfridge etc too small, but the tailoring suits my shape. I'd probably need an 18 but those shops don't do that size. If I try on 16s in other ranges, they're way too baggy for me. Does anyone know of any brands that do a good, fitted trouser/pant - I'm sick of wearing jeans to work! Thanks!

A|Wear do short length throusers and jeans that I think are 30" length. Also try Monsoon, they're short length is perfect for me to wear with flats (I'm also 5 2)

A-Wear's short leg is 30". Oddly enough it's perfect on me at 5'6" - which sounds like it's defeating the purpose of being a short size!

I find next really good. But you could also try other shops such as dorothy perkins, wallis etc

Bought them lately and had to get them turned up cos WAY too long! Asked alterations guy to take them up to a 30'' and when i got home they were still too long  so I scissored them in the end :pac: Am definitely gonna say it to them in awear, they are seriously nothing remotely resembling a 'short' length

They've got to be the longest "shorter length" jeans I've ever seen - normally I'm a regular in everything and a 31-32" leg length in jeans is normal for me. I've also seen a friend of mine whining about them - at 5'2" and a 29" leg she looks lost in them!

Must admit I haven't tried on a pair from there in ages, but I have done in the past and they actually have been a short length.

Sorry OP, I wouldn't have suggested A|Wear otherwise!
