    Hi,

    Know a guy who has just moved to Ireland as a student and is interested in playing rugby (played it in France, from Toulouse) he is very serious about it and from the region could be quite good!? I have never seen him play, it is a long time since i played rugby and do not know a whole lot about clubs now. so wondering which club in the dublin area (he's living near centre of town) would be good for him to join. He wants to play with people his age (early 20's) at a high enough level.

    There's a few french lads playing in Clontarf so might be worth giving them a look, easy to get to from town.

    There are a lot French people playing in Old Belvedere at all levels. Might be worth checking out, they train Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm and are very welcoming to anyone interested in playing rugby.

    If he was to just show up on Tuesday I'm sure he could get stuck straight into it.

    Cheers, I shall pass that on, i was thinking Clontarf myself but never thought about Belvedere. both would be easy enough to get to. I shall pass it on and he can give them a try.

    A large range of clubs giving their few pence about why you should join them :)

    What about one of the college teams UCD or Trinity most players would be the same age as him. Coolmine I believe have a big french connection
