Whey Scoop = how much?

Am new to all this. Just got some whey protein from the supp factory but am not sure how much a scoop is? I'm taking a guess at 2 or 3 heaped tablespoons?

There should be a scoop in the pot somewhere, you might have to dig around a bit.

It's in there somewhere. The scoop for the whey is smaller than the scoop for the recovery shake so there's no standard scoop.

lol...i remember my first protein tub, i was well pissed off there was no scoop.....until it popped out in a week or so:D
