I have finally got approval from my company for their further education funding after 5 years of trying. My work is for the most part unskilled but they would only fund courses relevant to the section i'm working in.

I'm in mid thirties and this cert could be carried forward with an additional two years of study to a masters. My main concern is, after all that effort is there likely to be anything out of it???

Has anyone done a similar course - with similar unskilled background?

Can you do a post grad without having a graduate degree first?

I have a B.Sc. Hons in a totally unrelated field. They will make an unconditional offer for this post grad to anyone with a primary degree.
