Hey Folks - I DONT WORK FOR TITLEIST! I just got the Press Release, and I love anything Spin Milled - just thought you'd like to know

New Vokey Spin Milled Wedges

Titleist looks set to further strengthen its #1 position in the wedge category with a complete new line up of Vokey Spin Milled Wedges.
The line-up is Titleist’s strongest ever with a full range of loft, bounce, sole and performance options to cater for the multitude of different short game requirements for tour players, better amateurs and aspiring serious golfers.

The new Vokey Design Spin Milled wedges have been designed by master craftsman Bob Vokey drawing on his experience in working with the finest players in the world. Available in Tour Chrome, Oil Can or Black Nickel non-glare finishes the new wedges feature Tour inspired progressive profiles, sole configurations and grinds combined with soft 8620 metal to deliver the ultimate in looks and feel. The high performance milled grooves and tuned face texture produces additional gripping power for better spin retention on all types of approach shots.

With three different finishes, lofts from 48 to 64 and varying bounce options, a total of 56 different models are available.
The new Vokey Spin Milled wedges will ship in November 2008. Price yet to be confirmed.

New Scotty Cameron Studio Select Putters

Titleist has introduced four new Newport inspired putter models to its Scotty Cameron Studio Select line-up. The four models, already proving popular on tour, are:

- Newport Squareback
- Newport Fastback
- Newport 2.6
- Newport 2.7

Consistent with the rest of the Studio Select family each model is made from precision milled 303 stainless steel and heel/toe screw weights. The weights increase stability by reducing head rotation on off-center impacts and allow for multiple length options in each model

The new additions all feature the recognizable bold red graphics and red Cameron cord grip as seen on tour and the improved high toe profile of Studio that helps eliminate the tendency to raise the toe at address thereby causing the player to aim left of target. Studio Select also features a stepless shaft for a clean look at address and soft but solid feel.

The new Scotty Cameron Studio Select putters will be available from October 2008. Price not yet confirmed.
