    I put the dash in so no one thinks I am looking for free equipment :)

    Anyone know a good supplier of free-weight equipment.

    Specifically looking for;

    Proper 20kg olympic bar + plastic covered metal weights.

    Bench

    Squat rack.

    Dont want to pay huge amounts though. Its for a home gym but I hate that concrete el-cheapo argos stuff.

    Ok. Those prices are insane. I might look for second hand stuff.

    Just spoke to the guy from irish lifting.

    Seems a nice fellow. Its free delivery, but it will come to close to 850 euros for what I am looking for.

    Irish Lifting it was.

    Tadaa!

    Took a few hours to put together, but worth it now :)

    Should start a fitness log shortly (after I recover from the pulled muscle testing out the dip bars)

    Nice. If you raised those support bars to the same height as the barbell (or lower the barbell), you might be able to do dips using the support & barbell. I much prefer doing dips on right angled bars like that, can knock out way more too.

    Nah, the bars lying on the seat are dip bars, they work perfectly, but I am not used to doing them without weight assistance so pulled a muscle :)

    Have the same rack in my gym. Good solid yoke for the money, the bar is decent and the iron is good too. €850 actually isn't that much when you consider how long you're going to have it for.
