    Hi,

I am thining of to Marbella travelling at the end of October & have the offer of a cheap apartment in San Pedro – near Puerto Banus I believe. I have never been to any of the Spanish costas. Looking at a few websites, the temps in Oct/Nov are anywhere from 13 – 13 degrees!

Has anyone been to Marbella at the end of October – what is the weather like??

    Cheers,
    Tom

PS thanks to all the other posters for their various suggestions!

Anyone??? I have an offer of a 2 bed apt in San Pedro for the week for EUR 450 - my only concern is that the weather could be really really bad. With flights the cost for both of us will be 600 for the week which is a good deal I suppose...

I've been to San Pedro loads of times, it's a nice, quiet enough town that's very close to the madness that is Peurto Banus.

With regards to weather I'm sure it will be fine in October. I was there at the end of September a few years ago and it was 30C during the day for the week. That said, I was there in April this year and it p1ssed for the week! That's a rarity though as they get 300+ days of sunshine down there annually.

Booked the flight on Saturday - 450 return for two. It looks cheap until you book a bag & seat!

Apt is 425 for 2 bed so not bad for the week. The cheapest package I could get for half decect accommodation was about 780pps so much better bookin gflights & accommodation separately. Fingers crossed the weather stays nice!

    Cheers,
