I'e decided to start learning the tin whistle, but I dont hae much of a clue where to start. What's a decent tin whistle to get and price range? I am in dublin so music shops in the city centre would be easiest. Also does anyone hae any idea on what a good beginners book would be?

its actually down on my list of things to do :D

I was wondering about those "touristy sets" the ones with the tin whistle and the book teaching a few simple songs ... maybe with a cd as well.
