    Ok, so my crappy trusty Toshiba Satellite is nearing it's last days and I need a replacement. It's an L20-173 which I've had for almost 3 years.

    I need recommendations for a new laptop to replace it.

    Budget:     up to €1200~

    Intended use:     web browsing, photoshoppage :pac:, music recording/production. Currently use FL Studio which is pretty memory hungry.

    Mobility:     Doesn't bother me that much, once it's not a brick. :D

    Warranty: 1 year absolute min, but I'd prefer 2+

    OS:     Win XP, or Vista with the option to downgrade.

    Other notes: IEEE 1394 (firewire) port req'd.
