Hi there, I normally get my hair highlighted at the haidressers with foils however it has been a while and am now thinking bout doing it myself what brand and colour would you recommend for hair that is mouse blonde and has a bit of regrowth at the roots. I just want something to lighten it a bit give it a little freshen…

Would I be safe enough going with an all over colour I realise the ends would probably end up a bit lighter as these have already been lightened.
