I've had the same computer for 7 years. I had Norton 360 but my subscription ran out this week. When I went to renew I was told that I needed to download Windows Service Pack 2. Now I know from past experience that this pack screws up my computer and I have to do a Systems Restore to an earlier date. Can anybody recommend a Norton 360 type product that does not need Service Pack 2. Thanks

Would you consider moving from Norton to a free alternative(s)?
    AVG Free for example.
I think you'll only be able to get updates for versions of Norton on XPSP2
Why havent you upgraded to SP2 anyway? What does it mess up for you?
