    gone like dial-up since 3 days. by living on cratloe road I should get 100% quality as the technician told when I was getting it installed but currently a 3 mb jpeg file giving me an estimated 10 hours to upload to my webserver:mad:

    anybody else having same problem?

    Call them, ask them if your aerial is connecting to the wrong zone.

    Thats what was happening with mine when I had it. Took months to figure out.

    http://mytraffic.digiweb.ie/ shows your usage.

    It's a rolling last 30days cumulative quota so as to avoid huge end of month or start of month slowdowns.

    If you aren't "over quota" then something is broken.

    I was under 16gb anyway I rang the support line the guy told me there was a problem in my upload:confused:

    Everything seems fine now
