JVC GZ-HD3 + sony vegas

    Hey guys,
    just bought a jvc gz-hd 3 hard drive camcorder and downloaded the free 30 day trial of sony vegas platinum, but cant seem to upload the vids to vegas.
    i have it connected via usb cable. anyone know how to do it?, or where im going wrong?
