What are your goals?what is your currently weights routine?Post up your diet for a typical day.Relying on a supplement is not going to get you bigger, but the combination of alot of food, rest and heavy lifting will.

Well my goal are to hopfullly build up at least 6-10kg if that possible, well i havn't started any weight training at all yet but am i fit guy from playing other sports and never really done weight as i always wanted to keep my speed.
I use to do diets before but that was for keeping my weight down so i'm sure it will be a totally different sort of diet like ya know.I'm a good training when i get into something so i'll find it naturally not to give up on this new routine ya know anyway hope that enough info thanks.
