Need to call Dell from Skype

Hey,
I've been searching through the Dell.ie website for a number I can call them on that isn't an 1850 number, but can't find anything. I have to call from Skype and you can't call those numbers from Skype. Does anyone know a regular landline number for them that I could get them on?

Dell offer an online chat option if you are looking for tech support. Sometimes it is difficult to understand the foreign accent, so I use the chat when possible.
