i used to have tons of star wars stuff from when i was a kid. half is probably buried in my parents back garden, the other half may still be in my parents attic. my prized possesion was darth vaders tie-fighter,had a pop up seat with DV in it and a flashing red light and sound effects. bleedin' deadly it was.:D

I used to have everything. Then like a fool I sold most of them. Now, like a bigger fool, I've spent a small fortune on ebay buying back the stuff I sold. Probably spent more in the past year than my folks did the first time around, but these little bits of plastic make me very happy!

luckily still have most of the figures from the original release including most weapons. Have thought about getting some of the newer figures and leaving them boxed but have not got around to it yet.

Bought a complete set of the 1977-1985 figures this year mint with all their weapons etc and a pair of special mirror-backed acrylic cases to display them all in. Cost a bomb but I'm glad I did now. They look amazing there on the wall.

We used to have the Millennium Falcon and several of the figures - we had Darth Vader, Luke (in a black suit with a robotic hand), Han Solo, Chewbacca, and that guy who answers the door at Jabba the Hutt's place in Return of the Jedi, no idea what his name is but he has red eyes and white skin with two tentacle things coming out the back of his head. We also had a walker on two legs like they had in Return of the Jedi

Used to collect them, didn't have many tho. Did manage to get a scout walker one xmas, and a speed biker another xmas. Was always my dream to get the ewok village.

Being in Limerick had its advantages as you could collect the figures by collecting madden's milk tokens too!

I remember I had the band out of the bar.
Big slimy slug dude with no eyes playing the trumpet, a big blue fuzzy thing that looked like a dog playing a circular piano thing, and a weird looking yellow thing with eyes on stalks which I think was meant to be female.
My eyes lit up like candles that day my ma gave me that set. :)
