I have a Dolle Attic stairs. One of the springs has became detached. I have been unable to reattach it as I have been unable to stretch the spring enough to reattach it to the anchoring points. Anybody got an ideas or tips how i can get this back on?

Possibly get up into the attic and get someone to close the hatch after you, then try to reattach the spring when it's at it's most relaxed?
