Carlow DSL users - did your ping times change Friday night

    Hi All,

    Carlow hasn't been upgraded yet to the new speeds. However it appears all bitstream lines went from the normal fastpath to interleaved mode on Friday night.

    Anyone else able to confirm this? I've seen 4 lines so far in the town go from 13ms to 60ms...

    It seems to be the same situation in Athlone, except for Eircom customers.

    It might be a sign of Phase 4 coming sooner rather than later the remaining big towns getting their upgrades!!
