Granulated vs Caster

    I am stuck out in the middle of nowhwere and wondered if I could use granualated sugar to make scones instead of caster sugar?Would it make any difference

    Ps I will be using milk eggs salt and flour too.

    If you have a food processor, give the granulated sugar a whizz in that.

    I have always used granulated, mixes in easy when you rud in the butter are you using butter?
