I'm away on holidays when I'm meant to register.

If I miss it I can register with continuing undergrad students. If I'm doing engineering do I have to register with other engineers or can I do it with any other course?

Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th of September. Unless you're doing a H.Dip in Education, in which case it's the 6th of October

AS far as I can remember from last year once you pay they send stuff out about a week before you are due to start.

Er...if I'm getting a Maintanance grant and TCD ask for a E500 non-refundable deposit, which I don't have, what am I supposed to do?

Also, what is the definition of deposit in financial terms?
As far as I'm aware deposit is a label given to a sum of money that is refundable.
    Am I wrong here?

If it was refundable everything would be fine, the local authority would pay them and I'd get my E500 back, whats with the non-refundable bit?

If you don't go ahead and do the course, you don't get the deposit back.

thanks. I've already gotten something from the School of Computer Science telling me when to be in for the course starting, but nothing as regards what forms I'll need for registration and that. hope they pull their finger out of their asses because registration is in 10 days...

Again once you've paid I think all you need to bring is your receipt. I've just paid my fees online and havent got an email from them yet so not sure how it works.

As its still a couple of weeks away I think there is still plenty of time to get it sorted.

I think last year it was almost the same situation
