    Guys , Have a relative who is about to start collage in Belfast . Just wondering what would be the best provider/Tariff for her to get as most of us down here are on O2 ?

    Keep an O2 Ireland phone, this can receive calls without an roaming charge and you guys can call from your minutes etc.

    Your correct, 3 is by far the cheapest as there are no roaming charges, it's the same as calling from Ireland....the same applies to data usage..
