Amsterdam Hostels

    I thought a topic would have already existed in the past few pages, but not!

    So, im headin off to amsterdam with a few mates, first time heading there, and we need a hostel for one night, and was wondering, as plenty of irish have been there, if any of you could recommend a good hostel thats (if possible) ; prices reasonably, near the city centre, serves decent breakfasts setc.....

    we stayed in the hans brinker and booked through hostelworld, its in a great central location about 3-4 stops from the central station on the tram and has its own nightclub in the basement, not the ritz for sure but grand for one night http://www.hostelworld.com/hosteldetails.php/HansBrinkerBudgetHotel-Amsterdam-646

    OP - maybe if you use "Search This Forum" on the top of the main forum page and type in "Amsterdam Hostel" you might have more luck. Endless threads on this topic :)

    Look up the bulldog hostels. Meant to very good. Near the red-light zone, downstairs is a bar. Place across the road, to the right, is some other mad place that's meant to be great for the weed. Forget the name.

    A lot of the good weed places are nearby the RLD, as one tends to mix with the other. Unless you wish to sight see the buildings.
