Did you get the Giro yet? There should be a letter in with that telling you what to bring.
Any way, this is what it says, You should have the following documents with you for reg:
Passport or birth cert(original document, so no photocopies)
    Yellow fee assessment form, completed
section 1 of the bank Giro, stamped by bank
letter confirming grand approval from concil/VEC if you have been approved.
    Your PPS number.
    Hope that helps

Please bring the following documentation with you to Registration:

    1. Birth Certificate or Passport (required to determine nationality).
    2. Enrolment Form Session 2008/09, duly completed.
    3. Part A of your C.A.O. Offer Notice
    4. The enclosed Blue Fees Assessment form. Full fees will be payable on the day of registration by those students who are not eligible for free tuition.
    5. Section 1 of the enclosed giro invoice duly stamped by the Bank confirming payment of €900 registration fee.

This is taken from the letter they sent me out. Word from word.

    Students Numbers

    Begin with the letter C

Followed by your year of entry 08

    Then your CAO Number 123456

    Simple as Pie!
