School report form O.o

K, so I'm a non-EU national, but have lived in the State for 3/5 years before admission, blah blah. Meaning I have EU fee status. Now, when they wrote to me telling me I needed to bring documentation on the day of registration to reconfirm my status, they listed a certain "school report form" which baffled me quite a bit. It could mean a conduct certificate or a statement of my results.

So which one [if anybody knows]?

All the way through my schooling, a report from/card was a statement of your results.
Give the admissions office a ring tho and they'll be able to clarify it for you.
