I have never done any serious training like this before.

I want to know about would I need to follow a proper training program now or should I concentrate on building a good level of fitness during the winter months and get ready for the new year.

I bought the bike giant scr4, tri suit (from sean in www.irishfit.com a good deal thanks sean), so all i need to do is get good at swiming (and spelling)

I am running at the moment trying to get started a level of fitness.

I live in clonmel so if any one out there is like me ,we should try and meet up and train together.
