Tulle Skirt

    Anyone know where I can buy a tulle skirt. One that I can put under another skirt if you know what I mean. I'm really loving the tulle look at the moment and would love to have one so that I can transform anything in my wardrobe.

    Retro and Tulle in Georges Arcade, and Ad Hoc, Crown Alley, Templebar. They'd cost about €50 though, would you be up to making one? Bit of elastic, few layers of tulle..

    I'm not too sure I remember my mother making one for me when I was really small I'm sure its easy enough. Hickey's here I come :p
