Does anyone else have this? What do you do to control it?

The condition is called hyperthyroidism. It can have a number of different causes. You really need to talk to a consultant endocrinologist as regards it treatment. Its quite specialised and can be quite complex. Have you been diagnosed with the condition? If so your GP should refer you to an endocrinologist. If you suspect you have hyperthyroidism I strongly advise you to go and see your doctor.

This board isn't for medical advice and in general relying on internet forums for such advice is very risky both for yourself and the person giving the advice.
