    Hi
I have a engineering degree and a graduate diploma in computer engineering both from ul (2001).I never worked in IT but i would like to make a career change and i would like to get into the area of networks. I have a choice of doing a masters in tele communications in dcu or the ccna course in a dundrum vec (cisco approved academy). both are full time course but which is best to get into networks.
    thanks for any advice

Why not do the CCNA self-study over the same period of time you will be doing your masters - that could easily be done. I can't understand how the CCNA course is full time.

Do you want to be a network admin (say, look after the network of a large corporation) or do you want to work in the area of WAN technologies?

    + 1 to Axer.

Do the masters and study part time for your CCNA
