    Hi All,
Does anyone know the best printer setup for an office enviroment?
The office has 11 computers on the Network and currently has four small printers. Could money be saved by getting the cartridges refilled? Save money by getting one big printer? etc.

    Anyone have experience with this.
    Any info would be great

    :)

Even for small offices it would certainly be worthwhile talking to a company like datapac. You can take out a service contract where they will fix and maintain all printers, all toners/consumables etc etc. Even if needbe they can look after your pc's too. I have used them in a few places now and find them amazing.

A safecom printing solution is probably the best option on multiple printers, Users can use swipe cards or log on at the printer(depending on model) This will cut costs on paper/toners/maintenance by a huge ammount. As the user cant just print, then go collect. They have to print then log in to collect. You can even view print logs to make sure someone isnt taking the mick and printing all their college coursework or similar ;)
