Accessories for dress??!

Hi everyone,

Have a bit of a dilemma! Bought a dress for a wedding in a couple of weeks and am just wondering what bag or shawl ye would put with it?! The dress is cream at the top and get darker as it gets to the bottom (knee length) and ends up purple at the bottom. got little butterflies on it too! I have purple shoes got (darker than the dress) so am just wondering what colour to get for the shawl and bag? Cream or purple? Thanks a mill!

I'd get purple, it will look better against the cream top of the dress, but if you can't find the right shade cream would be fine too. I usually try to match shoes and bag.

Thanks! Yea I usually would try and match aswel but it's so hard to find one! What shawl/pashmina thingy would you wear?? I'm hopeless!

I'd get purple if I could find the right shade, it would really stand out against the cream on the dress. Like I said though, it wouldn't be the end of the world if you can't find purple, cream would be nice too.

Can you tell me what height and body shape you are? These specifics are very important in terms of choosing accessories. For example, you might need to choose a shrug as opposed to a wrap.

I'm about 5'4", couple inches more with heels! and am size 10...? Went bag shopping yesterday and found a bag that matched the purple in the dress but not the shoes... that wouldn't go would it? Couldn't see anything at all in the same colour as the shoes...
