    Cool thanks a lot man,
should i refrain from putting any personal information on it like my address or fone number,
and let them contact me just on the site?

I think a good bet is to research your area and the companies whic interest you. Something i hate about Monster is agents cold call you, they promise you some job that doesn't exist.

And if you do put your CV on monster you need to inlcude your name and address-thats how they contact you ;)

Do the recruitment company interview you before they offer you job interviews?
