I'v tried other sections of boards for venues etc and don't seem to be having much luck. We are trying to arrange a surprise party for the folks . Have our own musicans / caterers if needs be as looking to keep costs down. Has anyone any ideas for nice venues around Santry, Whitehall, Glasnevin ?? I'm waiting on phonecalls…

I'm waiting on phonecalls back from Sportslink for prices but if anyone could give me some ballpark figures for function rooms / buffet food i'd really appreciate it.

There's always loads of functions on Sportslink so presume it's half decent. There's so many hotels around there (Crowne Plaza, Bewleys, Carlton etc) that you should be able to get a half decent deal.
