Microsoft certification in Cork area

I am doing a selfstudy on (to begin with) Microsoft cert 70-270 at the moment. Does anyone know if it possible to take just the exam in Cork? And if yes, whats the price? And is it worth it to take the 70-271 + 70-272 (MCDST) exsams afterwards?
