    Hi All,
I've been doing some jogging on the beach and was just wondering what are the actual pro's and con's of jogging on the beach rather than grass or concrete.
    Cheers

I'm no expert here. The impact must be different. Jogging on concrete can be quite strenuous for me, but on the other hand the impact promotes bone density.

I could imagine too that if it's quite soft sand, you'll burn more calories for the same distance compared to dry ground.

Runners World has this rundown of different running surfaces, seems a good overview.
